Neil moved from Sydney to the Hunter Valley where he met and married his wife, Dawn. He completed his accounting studies in 1976 before starting a family. Whilst working as an Accountant in the mining industry, he opened Wiggins Taxation Services Pty Ltd as a small business at his family home, completing tax returns on his days off and after work. In 1990, the business grew and relocated to Rutherford Shopping Centre where it stands today as a successful business priding themselves on their reputation. Neil joined the business full time from 2000, growing the business into what it is today.
Neil is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA), a member of the National Tax and Accountants Association (NTAA) and is a registered SMSF authorised representative with ASIC. Neil does compliance work for SMSF’s, companies, trusts and partnerships and is a Registered Tax Agent.
Dawn has over 20 years accounting experience working with small to medium sized clients in a number of industries including wholesale and distribution, professional services, manufacturing, mining services, accommodation and hospitality, retail and medical.
She enjoys working directly with her clients in managing their accounting and financial affairs. She has experience assisting clients with general business and taxation advice.
Dawn enjoys the close relationships that she has with her clients and seeing them achieve their financial and personal successes.

Nicole completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) in 2008, Registered Tax Agent (2008), CPA Program in 2014 and Public Practice Certification in 2015. She joined Wiggins Taxation Services in 2005 and her qualifications and training in her role as Accountant is underpinned by experience gained from various roles within the organisation.
